2

Care in every detail.
Confidence in every part.

One point of contact for machining and sourcing.
We turn your requirements into a clear production brief.

1

Start with a shared specification.

Review the application, material, tolerances and quantity before production, so every quote rests on clear requirements.

2

Make quality traceable.

Agree on inspection items and documentation in advance, with your incoming inspection process in mind.

3

Plan beyond the first order.

Review machining and sourcing options for each stage, from prototypes to repeat production.

3

Across borders.
On the same page.

Language should not stand in the way of sourcing.
Clarify specifications, inspection, packaging and delivery together.

Technical questions. Clear answers.

Q.What information should a drawing include?+

Please specify dimensions, tolerances, material, surface finish, quantity and application. If some requirements are undecided, tell us which items need discussion.

Q.Can I request material certificates or inspection reports?+

Specify the required documents and inspection items when requesting a quote. Availability, cost and submission timing will be reviewed with the machining requirements.

Q.Can I discuss small batches or custom geometries?+

Machining and sourcing options are reviewed based on the drawing and quantity. Minimum quantities depend on the product and process.

Q.What do you need to discuss an overseas delivery?+

Please provide the destination country and city, requested delivery date, packaging requirements and preferred trade terms. Shipping costs and required documents are reviewed individually.

Q.Can I discuss a Japanese drawing in English?+

This concept supports inquiries in Japanese and English. Critical items such as units, technical terms and tolerances should be checked against the drawing, rather than relying on translation alone.
